Supplier Matchmaker is an online multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers with vetted suppliers of food ingredients, packaging, equipment, contract manufacturing, testing services, and more.
Do I need an account to browse suppliers?
No. You can browse supplier profiles and product listings without an account. However, creating a free account allows you to contact suppliers directly, request quotes, and save favorites.
Are the suppliers verified?
Yes. Every supplier must submit business documents (such as licenses and tax IDs) and is reviewed by our team before being approved.
How do I become a supplier?
Click “Become a Supplier” at the top of the page, complete the registration form, upload your required documents, and accept the terms and conditions. Our team will review your application within 3–5 business days.
Is there a fee to join?
Basic registration is free. Optional premium features, such as promoted listings or additional marketing tools, may be available for an additional fee.
How do payments work?
You can receive payments directly via our integrated payment gateways (such as Stripe or PayPal) or request withdrawals from your vendor dashboard. Payment schedules and fees are outlined in your vendor agreement.
